The hardest position for me to coach on the soccer pitch is the goalkeeper position. I am constantly looking for new activities to help hone the skills of my goalkeepers. Here is a video from You Tube demonstrating diving techniques and activities.

This is a video called Soccer Tricks, its about 60 minutes long and is very effective at demonstrating and teaching effective 1v1 moves.
Here are some tricks I found that happen at game speed on the pitch. Most of the players are easily identified.
